Schroders, the world-class asset manager, has appointed TYC to add some food and beverage retail flair to the heart of the recently acquired Kings Mall, Hammersmith, West London.
Kings Mall is a 340,000 sq ft shopping centre with a range of retailers, eateries and coffee shops. It serves a large catchment area and enjoys substantial footfall. Crafting a welcoming, vibrant food hub to attract both customers and tenants was a key strategy to increasing the asset value.
Off the back of the extremely successful retail project with World Vision, TYC has been asked to help refine the strategy for the next phase of the The Story Shop.
