Brand Strategist

We’re looking for Brand Strategists, both full-time & part-time, to join our growing Brand Team.

You will be working within the Brand team but collaborating with our Strategy team too, on the delivery of world-class brand creation for our clients. You need to be whizz at thinking strategically, crafting compelling brand stories and can think differently and innovate past the norm.

This person must be willing to work across multiple projects with both blue-chip companies as well as entrepreneurs and start-ups and will be expected to produce project deliverables to an exceptionally high standard with guidance from the more senior members of the team.

You’ll be excellent at:

  • Crafting impactful Branding elements, such as Purpose, Essence, Vision, Values, Tone of Voice with a real ‘wow’ factor
  • Writing short and long-form copy
  • Compiling presentations to concisely tell the story of the strategy and prove to the client that this is the right direction of travel
  • Running client workshops
  • Using and interpreting research from our Strategy team and your own desktop research to craft stories
  • Mood boarding and storyboarding
  • Working collaboratively in a team, particularly with your Design counterparts who will be bringing the visual aspect of the brand to life.

You’ll have experience of:

  • Being a brand storyteller, brand strategist or similar role for at least 4 years
  • Presenting to the client
  • Telling stories on different formats - from internal documents to videos
  • Desk-based research, including trend, insight, and competitor analysis
  • Potentially design experience (but not essential)
  • Client management and engagement.

You’ll have an interest in:

  • Consumer behaviour and what makes people tick
  • A variety of sectors
  • Innovations and latest thinking
  • Brands, particularly retail.

  • 2:1 or higher Bachelor's Degree
  • Client experience is required
