We’re looking for a Midweight Research & Insights enthusiast to join our growing Strategy team!

If you’re from an insight background, well-versed in quantitative and qualitative research methods and raring to flex your strategic skills, we’d love to hear from you.

You will be working within our Strategy team on the delivery of world-class strategy and research for our clients. You need to be a whizz at uncovering awesome insights that can be the bedrock of our awesome strategies, brands and innovations.  We’re looking for people who are confident in quantitative and qualitative research methods across the whole project cycle; from planning and implementation through to analysis and recommendations.

Our clients range from start-ups to established global brands across a broad range of categories, and our work varies across design, digital, advertising and experiential. Experience working with clients and good communication skills are a must.

This person must be willing to work across multiple projects with both blue chip companies as well as entrepreneurs and start-ups and will be expected to produce project deliverables to an exceptionally high standard with guidance from the more senior members of the team.

You’ll be excellent at:

  • Interpreting briefs and helping to devise research strategies to get us to our desired outputs
  • Writing questionnaires and discussions guides
  • Working out target audiences and sampling to ensure the data is robust
  • Working with third parties, such as market research recruiters and survey platform providers
  • Analysing data to build compelling stories
  • Planning and conducting interviews and focus groups e.g. with consumers and stakeholders 
  • Finding the key takeout’s and helping to make insights actionable
  • Secondary research e.g. desktop research, trends research.

You’ll have experience of

  • Working as a researcher in an insight role (or similar) for at least 2-3 years (preferably with the likes of Mintel, Kantar, YouGov)
  • Client management and engagement
  • Adobe InDesign and/or Keynote (preferable)
  • Presenting to clients and senior members of the team
  • Building presentations that take people on a journey
  • Data analysis.

Qualifications:

  • 2:1 or higher Bachelor's Degree 
  • Market Research Society qualifications (preferable).
