The Langham Estate owns some of the most valuable real estate in the country. But with changes to the retail and office space market they need help with a new brand that would make them future flexible and show the wider changes in the business. That’s where TYC came in. After conducting interviews and surveys with a number of different groups, we are creating a new brand and positioning for a new era.
