Its fair to say Nefos first came to us with a case of decision paralysis. With over 40 software products and beginning to outgrow their existing markets, they asked us to explore which software product they should launch next and where.

Through comprehensive research, including market and competitor analysis, we shortlisted their software offerings that we thought had the most impact, and for which industries. We decided on their highly accurate, real-time inventory management system and then conducted a series of in-depth stakeholder interviews to help us pinpoint which types of industries and business sizes this would be most suited for.
The result was a strategy and new direction for their business that targeted the hemp and cannabis industry in the US; an industry dealing with high value raw materials where accurate inventory management and tracking is a key factor in business success.
Impressed with our work, Nefos then asked us to create the brand – including name generation – for the software, and ‘emba’ was born. As a specialist inventory management system, emba lights the way for all CBD and hemp businesses, helping them to catch on and ultimately grow.
